Important Booking Information;

It is recommended when booking the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus, that you contact the venues directly that you want to visit on the day to check if a pre-booking is required at the time you intend to visit for a tasting or have lunch at. Bookings are highly recommended on Saturdays and during peak times and events. Walk-In bookings are subject to availability at the time.

Note: all confirmed orders incur a 3% Booking Administration Fee
Due to rising fuel-related costs, we have implemented a temporary fuel surcharge of 5% on all new invoices/bookings. 100% of this fee goes directly to off-setting fuel and running costs until further notice.

Cancellation Policy/Booking Changes: (to be requested in writing):

1). Full flexibility to transfer to another date OR receive a credit for customer booking changes or cancellations that have provided a minimum of 24 hours or more (from the tour start time). You can opt to receive a credit voucher to the value paid (less any booking administration fees) that can be used towards any iHop Tours OR transfer to the same or another tour on a future date (valid for up to x12 months from the cancellation date)

2). Customer booking changes or cancellations within 24 hours, no credits, consessions or transfers will apply.

3). In the event iHop Hunter Valley is unable to operate a tour for any reason after your booking is confirmed (including a Force Majeure), you will be offered a transfer to another suitable tour OR transferred to the same tour on another date OR a credit voucher to the value paid (less any booking administration fees) which is valid for up to x12 months from the notified cancellation date.

4). Gift Vouchers and Credit Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
